How does it work?

NIC operates within a property owned by NKL Partners. We charge our members for access to our spaces, but instead of paying full commercial rent, NIC benefits from a special arrangement with NKL Partners. NIC pays a discounted rental cost, and the remaining portion is considered a donation to support our association.

This model allows NIC to focus on its mission, providing an affordable and supportive environment for local entrepreneurs, without the burden of owning or fully managing the property. Thank you, NKL Partners!
